Information on the Site is provided for general informational purposes and does not, by itself, create a formal client relationship. A client relationship is formed only when we both sign a written agreement outlining the scope of services and terms of engagement.

We aim for clarity, stewardship, and results, but we do not guarantee specific outcomes, such as particular revenue targets, numbers of leads, or other business results. Marketing outcomes depend on many variables beyond our control.

3. Eligibility

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Site or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of:

The amount (if any) you paid to us through the Site in the three (3) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or
One hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so portions of this section may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Sojourn Digital Inc., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

These Terms and your use of the Site shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Saskatchewan and the federal laws of Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles.

You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site will be brought exclusively in the courts located in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with any other legal notices or policies posted on the Site (such as our Privacy Policy), constitute the entire agreement between you and Sojourn Digital regarding your use of the Site.
